This lithographic poster was designed for an exhibition of Marc Chagall's ceramics created in the South of France at the Madoura studio and shown in their gallery in 1962. The original drawing specifically made for the event, was reproduced faithfully as a lithograph for this poster, under Chagall's supervision, by his close collaborator and Mourlot Master Printer Charles Sorlier. The colors are bright and fresh. Ed. 500. Ref. Sorlier # 91.
