IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE

  AN EXHIBITION BY MARION NAUFAL

“ORGANIC CERAMICS”

December 4TH until December 20th 2024

Marion G. Naufal, ceramic artist, began her career a few decades ago at the Ateliers des Arts Décoratifs du Louvre under the tutelage of Pascale Veyron, a ceramist from the École Nationale Supérieure de Céramiques de Limoges. Her apprenticeship with renowned master ceramicists like Dave Kim, with whom she explored traditional Korean techniques like the Moon Jar, have undoubtedly shaped her unique style.

“ENFILADES”

Passageways to another perspective

Celia Rogge

NOVEMBER 8TH 2024 until December 15TH 2024

Celia Rogge’s latest show is centered around Enfilades — Views of doorways through doorways.

Enfilades have always served as an architectural fascination for her. However, they are not the only way to be drawn into the spectacular interiors of which she is taking the image.

They also represent the possibilities of forward motion, ever entering into the what is next — Portals taking you into the subsequent chapter in life…Into a new story line. They are entryways in, as well as exits out, and everything in between.

Celia hopes for the viewer to find their way into a new perspective both literally and figuratively. In life, although we are innately curious, we never know what we can expect around the approaching corner.

As a result of a decision to go one way or another, these passageways represent these choices both on foot, and metaphorically in life.

While each Enfilade stands tall by itself, in this exhibit she presents them in an entirely different way, in endless procession. An endless representation of options and opportunities alike.

There is no one way - it is no predestined, no favourite, no right, no wrong, no definitive avenue. However, there are possibility and opportunity at every juncture.

In this exhibition, Celia Rogge has chosen a selection of passageways from all over Europe, including Portugal, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

BONAM VIAM!
