Classic Poster Paper - Good Condition A
This lithographic poster reproducing a painting by French Artist André Planson for an exhibition at the Galerie André Weil, Paris in 1965 is typical of the fauvist style that the artist embraced early and privileged. Planson's style was very much influenced by Matisse and Vlaminck during their own fauvist period. After a long trip to North Africa, mostly Algeria, his sense of luminosity became brighter and joyful. Ed. 500
